What is INSTA Home?
INSTA Home a live in program that offers support, mentorship and guidance to adult women as they overcome obstacles, negative mindsets, and bad habits hindering their happiness, and success.
We are a long term care program giving individuals a safe environment to live in and a supportive community to be a part so that they can enjoy life and develop independence.
What do Participants Learn?
INSA Home offers support with basic life skills such as meal planning, medication care, getting into routines, caring for personal space, balancing dietary needs, as well as financial management.
INSTA Home also has in-house programming which focuses on three main areas of life; time, emotions and relationships.
Time
Time management is really just self management, and without a vision, you won’t know where to apply your effort, so you can step into the future you long for.
Participants learn how to reduce stress and mange overwhelm, by understanding how to motivate themselves to action, and build the necessary habits, to steer their days with intention.
Emotions
If you don’t get your emotions under control they will boss you around, suck the joy out of your days, and derail your efforts of creating a happy, healthy life.
Participants learn how to correct negative thinking patterns, and develop healthy thoughts, so they can remain grounded in the midst of storms, stable in the midst of difficulties as they develop confidence and a positive self-image.
Relationships
Life includes others and knowing how to communicate in a health manner is absolutely necessary for building happy, stable relationships.
Participants learn how to mange conflict, and becoming effective communicators, so that they can handle differences with dignity, respect, and tact as they build healthy relationships.

INSTA Home is not affiliated with any religious organizations but it should be noted that much of the in-house teaching does stem from Biblical principles, participants would need to be comfortable with this.
Our Simple 3-part Philosophy
Personal Growth
Everyone’s journey to health is a personal one. Grace and space is given to individuals to learn, grow and develop at their own pace.
Efficiency
Individuals are more efficient at sustaining lasting change when growth is slow, stable and consistent. We help individual focus on one major area of their life at a time and gain a certain amount of success over it before move on.
Effectiveness
We heavily focus on inner motivation to drive new behaviours and change as opposed to flexing our authority to enforce behaviour. Of course, structure and encouragement are in place to initiate change, but the intention is to drive behaviour from the inside out.
Our Signature Step-by-Step Process
INSTA teaches participants how to manage their daily schedule, stabilize their emotions and build healthy relationships. We do this by walking them through six levels of growth.
Tapping into joy and turning up personal drive.
Cultivating the correct mindset to apply ongoing effort for growth.
Building a vision and stirring up hope for the future.
Building a new identify with a focus on tactful communication.
Living with intention.
Increase disciplined with a focus on being a good steward of time.

When they are ready (not likely before 3 years), we would like to see them graduate into our Elite Program, where they live independently in the area and continue to participate in the community that’s been built around them.
By then we would like to see them hold a full time job, get their license, save for a car, mange their own schedule and social life and consistently make healthy choices for themselves.
