Foundation is designed for people who want to become more intentional in how they live, lead, communicate, and build relationships.

Architect is designed for people who are building a business, leading a team, pursuing a vision, or creating something that impacts others.

While Foundation focuses on community, connection, and personal growth, Architect provides opportunities for deeper leadership development, business discussions, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

Architect members receive everything in the Foundation membership, plus access to The Exchange, including:

  • Entrepreneur and leadership gatherings

  • Guided business discussions

  • Leadership development conversations

  • Peer collaboration and accountability

  • Business and personal development workshops

  • Strategic relationship building with other entrepreneurs, builders, and leaders

    Membership includes spouses, dependent children, and young adults up to 25 years of age. Young adults who have established families of their own may also participate under the same membership pathway.

    The Forge is designed to strengthen individuals, marriages, families, and future generations. Membership is intentionally structured around households rather than per-person pricing.

    Members participate at the level that works for their schedule and season of life. Some attend regularly, while others join only a handful of experiences throughout the year.

    The goal is to create opportunities for connection, not obligations to fulfill.

  • Membership is an annual commitment. At the time of renewal, members may choose the membership pathway that best aligns with their goals, interests, and season of life.

  • Foundation Membership serves as the foundation of The Forge community, providing opportunities for connection, growth, and shared experiences for individuals and families.

    Architect Membership provides access to The Exchange, a series of adult-focused gatherings centered around entrepreneurship, leadership, business development, personal growth, collaboration, and strategic relationship building.

    These experiences are designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, managers, team leaders, and those preparing for future leadership opportunities.

    Spouses are welcome to participate, and all family members continue to enjoy access to Foundation-level experiences.

  • The Forge is built upon Christian values and informed by a biblical worldview. These principles help shape the culture of the community and influence many of the conversations surrounding leadership, relationships, family, purpose, and personal growth.

    Throughout the year, members will encounter practical applications of biblical principles as they relate to everyday life.

    While members may come from different backgrounds and perspectives, participation in The Forge requires a willingness to respect the values, principles, and culture that help shape the community.

  • The Forge is currently in its founding stage.

    While we are targeting a Fall 2026 launch, we are currently focused on building the foundation, relationships, and infrastructure required to support the community.

    Founding Members will help establish the culture, relationships, and foundation of The Forge while shaping its future direction.

  • Membership is structured as an annual commitment, but pricing is displayed monthly to make it easier to understand the investment required. Additional details regarding payment options will be provided during the application process.

  • Public events, workshops, and experiences may be available throughout the year for those interested in learning more about the community. Membership provides access to the ongoing relationships, experiences, and opportunities that make up the core Forge experience.
