The Forge Experience

The intersection of growth, connection, adventure, and community.

Where Relationships Take Root

Most communities are built around activities.

The Forge is built around relationships.

The activities matter, but they're not the point.

They're simply the setting where friendships are formed, families connect, ideas are exchanged, and meaningful conversations take place.

  • Coffee conversations

  • Fireside discussions

  • Small group gatherings

  • Mentorship opportunities

  • Couples experiences

  • Leadership roundtables

The Forge exists to create opportunities for people to spend meaningful time together because deep relationships require more than proximity. They require investment.

Shared Growth

The Forge attracts people who are committed to continual growth in their relationships, leadership, character, and influence.

Not because anyone has it all figured out, but because most people can sense there is another level available to them.

A better marriage. Stronger friendships. Greater confidence. A clearer sense of purpose. A deeper connection to the people who matter most.

The people we spend time with influence who we become.

When we surround ourselves with people who challenge our thinking, encourage our progress, and inspire us to aim higher, growth becomes a natural byproduct.

Shared Experiences

Relationships are strengthened when people step beyond conversation and create memories together.

  • Family Events.

  • Leadership Training.

  • Community Dinners.

  • Adventure Days.

  • Seasonal Celebrations.

  • Men's Gatherings.

  • Ladies Nights.

  • Teen Events.

  • Children’s Activities

  • Young Adult Experiences.

The goal is not to simply to fill a calendar, it’s to create opportunities for connection.

At The Forge, members have access to a variety of experiences throughout the year and are free to participate in the ones that fit their interests, season of life, and schedule.

There is no pressure to attend everything. Some members may participate weekly. Others may join only a handful of events throughout the year.

The Forge is designed to support meaningful connection, not create another obligation.

More Than A Place to Gather

There are many places to gather, sports teams, churches, community groups, social events.

The Forge exists to complement those experiences, not replace them.

Its focus is helping people become more emotionally resilient, relationally effective, and intentional in the way they lead themselves, their families, and their future.

Helping people become the kind of person who can:

  • Build a strong marriage and family culture

  • Form deeper, more meaningful relationships

  • Manage emotions under pressure

  • Communicate with clarity and confidence

  • Navigate conflict without damaging relationships

  • Lead with greater influence and purpose

  • Leave a positive impact on those around them

Because strong families, healthy relationships, and fulfilling lives don’t happen by accident. They are built intentionally.

The Heart of The Forge

Refinery Sessions serve as the starting point for every gathering.

A guided conversation designed to move people beyond surface-level interaction and into meaningful reflection.

  • Sometimes it’s a question.

  • Sometimes it’s a story.

  • Sometimes it’s a challenge.

  • Sometimes it’s a perspective worth considering.

Some Refinery Sessions may last only fifteen minutes, others may continue throughout an entire evening.

The goal isn't simply to share information. It's to create the kind of conversations that strengthen people, deepen relationships, and encourage growth.

As the community grows, members will have opportunities to participate in a variety of conversation-based gatherings.

Exchange Experiences brings together leaders, business owners, and builders to share ideas, lessons learned, opportunities, and challenges. It is a place where wisdom is exchanged, perspectives are expanded, and relationships are formed among people committed to becoming better leaders, builders, and stewards of their influence.

Crucible Conversations are designed to move beyond the surface and examine the questions, struggles, and experiences we often carry in silence.

These are often the conversations we avoid, the questions we wrestle with privately, and the challenges that rarely find space in everyday discussion.

Conversations about purpose, fulfillment, marriage, parenting, identity, leadership, conflict, adversity, and the deeper questions that shape who we become.

  • Honest conversations.

  • Challenging conversations.

  • Conversations that invite vulnerability and strengthen relationships.

Through thoughtful dialogue and shared experiences, members often discover they are far more similar than they realize, wrestling with many of the same questions, struggles, fears, and uncertainties.

In doing so, these conversations create deeper understanding, stronger connections, and a powerful reminder that we do not have to navigate life's challenges alone.

Some of life's most important breakthroughs begin when we're willing to have the conversations we've been avoiding.
